2025 and Dwayne Lane Mazda stills sucks Buyer Beware. This dealership sucks. Anyone even thinking of purchasing a vehicle needs to get a second option. They will screw you. They will even put it into writing how they will screw you over. The owner Thomas Lane cannot be contacted when you have a serious complaint. The Mazda Corporation was worse. Had a price agreed upon to purchase a CX-70 and my sales guy Dotan flat out refused to sell the car to me because I didn’t live within a 10 mile radius of the dealer and couldn’t hop out of work on a random Wednesday morning with no notice. My location being about 40 miles away was discussed ahead of time, and I’m not even sure why it’d matter enough to jerk me around after the fact. Overall a very negative sales experience, and ended up being a complete waste of time.
I have to say the most pleasant experience buying a car I really wanted and worked towards reaching and beyond what expected. Wilson Rich was the best I could hope for and all around friendly, family oriented, and focused on you. Great salesman and knew what he was selling while keeping to what the customer needs. Thank You Thank You I will enjoy having road along to check out potential vehicles!!
