My mom went in for a simple oil change. Service adviser put her through the wringer trying to tell her she needed $4k worth of work needing to be done.
There are no words for how incredible these guys are! Amanda was the one who helped us out and I've got to tell EVERYONE how amazing she is! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Long time loyal customer. Purchased a 2017 ioniq in 2018. For the exception of some body work and repair. I have been loyal and faithful to getting my car serviced at this dealership. Within the 7 and half years, only 2 years I have experienced exceptional service from the service department. And that was under the management of Hayden Rancore. The rest of the time I have received nothing but hassle and strife. Very smooth transaction, fair price and nice staff throughout. Calen was very friendly and helpful with being pressuring. Only suggestion would be a vending machine for the lounge
