So, i was there for drinking vodka. Blew a 2.5 so I had to wait for a bit in the hallway. Waited 18 hours and never got my meds. Had a grand mall seizure after asking for my meds every couple hours hours. They are supposed to have larasapam for hard core drinkers. After a whole 3/4 a day all I got was a muscle relaxer. It was the the most slopppy unorganized detox with No nurses. I ended up in the ICU for 9 days. My Vernon hospital saved my life. This detox is a sham. I almost lost my life.

I was booted too soon I relapsed and now looking for detox again I have nutritional problems and needed healthy food This so called food was not just bad but horrible i hope it changes Some staff tried to help me by using leftover fruit and milks and things containing protein I wasn’t allowed to bring my own food in I hope to get good help this time around and enter Oxford house for long term recovery but no more Skagit One good thing was that I got off the streets for a few days and was warm

This was the best detox I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been there i think about 5 times. I never felt guilty or shamed for messing up and coming back, they always encouraged me that I could still do this and get sober and healthy. I ended up messing things up here and wasn't welcome anymore but I still to this day think back to all the good memories from the people I met here and the staff. I will forever be greatful to skagit detox. Today I am 5 months sober

Horrible. Really putting people in the community in danger. It's more about the employees here collecting their paycheck, and the "investors" mooching off taxpayer dollars, than actually doing anything.
