I was booted too soon I relapsed and now looking for detox again I have nutritional problems and needed healthy food This so called food was not just bad but horrible i hope it changes Some staff tried to help me by using leftover fruit and milks and things containing protein I wasn’t allowed to bring my own food in I hope to get good help this time around and enter Oxford house for long term recovery but no more Skagit One good thing was that I got off the streets for a few days and was warm

This was the best detox I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been there i think about 5 times. I never felt guilty or shamed for messing up and coming back, they always encouraged me that I could still do this and get sober and healthy. I ended up messing things up here and wasn't welcome anymore but I still to this day think back to all the good memories from the people I met here and the staff. I will forever be greatful to skagit detox. Today I am 5 months sober

Horrible. Really putting people in the community in danger. It's more about the employees here collecting their paycheck, and the "investors" mooching off taxpayer dollars, than actually doing anything.

This was my first time at detox, I went of my own free will, but what I saw on Feb. 23, 2025 when two people were kicked out, turned my stomach enough for me to quit 3 days early. The two staff involved were extremely unprofessional. All the other staff there are GREAT. You may have won the game of "we have rules" but you lost the war of helping those two and myself detox. I know I wont be going back.
