Stay away from this company. Terrible customer service. Everything they do feels like a money grab. Must pay them for a service contract $271/y to get oil from them and “service the boiler”. I have a new boiler which I bought from them, and they only do a tune-up if you call weeks in advance. Called them in October and it was too soon to do it. Today, Chris and Jr. replaced my oil tank, and they did a fantastic job! They even took the time to put the wooden board back above the tank. On top of that, they helped clean the oily floor caused by slow leak and wall of oil tank room. Before leaving, they stayed outside for a while to make sure the heater was working properly. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I truly appreciate their hard work! I hope their boss considers giving them a raise in the new year. Skaggs-Walsh always provides excellent service!

I use to have a contract with Skagg Walsh. But for around 150 gallons of oil, somehow i spent over $1,000 in contract/oil/whatever else they decided to charge me with. It also didn't come with a cleaning for that year and no other service was done just 150 gallons of oil. I then cancelled the contract and then the following year called for a quote for oil on demand. Oil was delivered and then was shocked at the price per gallon they charged me at. In Nov 23 rd my oil line ruptured They had someone in my house within 20 minutes They repaired and had me running in less than an hour including putting stuff down to soak up the oil Today I had no heat it turns out I was out of oil They dispatched an emergency delivery Heat working within 8 hours on the coldest day of the year Thanks
