Had 2 HVAC techs come to assess and repair my unit and not only did they not address the issue, they also installed insulation which was not needed and my ceiling leaked over night while the AC was on. Cost me $566 that I never got back.

Stay away from this company. Terrible customer service. Everything they do feels like a money grab. Must pay them for a service contract $271/y to get oil from them and “service the boiler”. I have a new boiler which I bought from them, and they only do a tune-up if you call weeks in advance. Called them in October and it was too soon to do it. Today, Chris and Jr. replaced my oil tank, and they did a fantastic job! They even took the time to put the wooden board back above the tank. On top of that, they helped clean the oily floor caused by slow leak and wall of oil tank room. Before leaving, they stayed outside for a while to make sure the heater was working properly. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I truly appreciate their hard work! I hope their boss considers giving them a raise in the new year. Skaggs-Walsh always provides excellent service!
