Skaff is the worst place you can rent from. I moved out because they had mice problems and messed with my vehicles chewing the wires, water always standing in my garage, I had to wear water boots for 3 months so I didn't get my shoes wet. Neighbors always fighting with each other, causing issues. Cops are always at the building drugs & fighting issues. Dogs not on leashes and attacking other dogs.
