One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had - to the point where the manager lied to us that he wasn't the manager.* 1) Our reserved boat wasn't there and we were told it wouldn't be ready for at least two more hours. Worst rental company, is a huge disaster , very unprofessional, have hidden fees , charge you for damage that was already previously there, please never rent from them
I had a really shady experience with SK Watercraft Rentals this past summer. We were oriented on one boat, but at the dock they switched us to a different one with no walkthrough. When we returned it, they claimed we caused damage and kept our $500 deposit. The photos they sent as “proof” could have been of any boat. There was no joint inspection before or after the rental. I would never rent from a place like this who doesn’t care about their customers. I would only rent from places who truly care about their customer’s experience and not taking advantage of people. Tried Xtreme Water Rentals NW for boats and jetski’s and could not be happier. I have used them for taking my kids out, my daughter’s birthday, my team bonding retreat day, and personal fun with family!!
