Had them view our house with thier client twice. The second time they requested access to our crawl space. Our realtor advised against it and said that crawl space was something for an inspector too look at plus we could open ourselves up to a liability issue. He advised us to make it inaccessible . Not too much of an issue for us since it is barried in our closet. We DID NOT give permission they emptied our closet out anyways and just did what they wanted. NOT impressed.
