I had the WORSE experience with this company. If I could give score with minus, I would. I felt neglected and still waiting for the form from them. I never got a time frame for this form. All I hear on the other line is that: "I will call you when it is ready". My questions that I did not get a chance to ask because they hang up on me, is when it is going to be ready? today? this week? in a year? I have used S&K Plumbing various times in the 15 years I have owned my house and have found them to do a solid job with reasonable prices. Recently I had them come out to fix a plugged bathroom sink. I agreed to a contractor being sent since their techs were booked. The contractor snapped the pipe by the threads. The pipe was compromised (rusted). He proceeded to do a snake job. Total time at my house - 25 minutes. I was billed $321, and had to schedule S&K to come out and replace the damaged pipe. Another $517. It is my opi... read more
S & K Plumbing did an excellent job installing our new water heater, and I want to give special recognition to Matt. He was professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled at his work. The installation went smoothly, and he made sure everything was set up and working perfectly before he left. Matt went above and beyond—I truly believe he deserves a raise and a promotion for the outstanding service he provides. He’s a great representative of S & K Plumbing. Highly recommend!
They installed a larger crock, dual sump pump, and battery backup. I'm very happy with it.
Called this company early Sunday morning when my basement started taking on water. Of all the so called 24 hour companies they were the only one that had a human answer the phone and actually returned my call to help early Sunday morning. We talked over issue and as long as the sump pump was working again we could fix the issue later. We let them go on to other emergency calls.
