Had S&K install a hot water heater - did an absolutely terrible job! Installed a recirculating pump on the bottom of the water heater (vs top of water heater inlet) stirred up the sediment so much it clogged our facets within 1st year of use. Installed the piping so tight on top of hot water heater could not even get to analog rod. We have no hardness in our water (it was tested) - so don’t make excuses for your terrible work, which you normally do. I purchased a water heater in 2017 with a 10 year warranty. It sprung a leak and S&K came within two days to replace it. They looked up my customer record and mentioned the warranty; I didn’t have to argue about the it. I was only charged for the service call. The installer, Dylan, was professional and friendly. He installed the new water heater and removed the old one in about an hour. Thanks S&K for your speedy response and quick work!
Speedy service Justin came out and in no time had the drain unclogged and fixed!
Same day service (without an extra fee) and very affordable. Would absolutely recommend.
Due to the of age of the water heater, I thought I needed a new one. I called S&K and they sent Roderick the same day. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He asked if the heater had every been serviced. It had not, so he recommended it be flushed before paying $$$ for a new one. The heater has been working just fine! When it's time to replace it, I will give S&K a call. Thanks Roderick!
