Bad customer management and front desk team doesn’t speak out if they are sending an urgent care plumbing or a remodeling team. Issue I explained didn’t need a plumber to fix things but needed someone to understand the issue and propose a repair plan. I was charged $250 for their plumbing department just for their 30 mins visit and finally me that told another department will come and give your the quote for the repair and remodel.
