S & K Plumbing did an excellent job installing our new water heater, and I want to give special recognition to Matt. He was professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled at his work. The installation went smoothly, and he made sure everything was set up and working perfectly before he left. Matt went above and beyond—I truly believe he deserves a raise and a promotion for the outstanding service he provides. He’s a great representative of S & K Plumbing. Highly recommend!
They installed a larger crock, dual sump pump, and battery backup. I'm very happy with it.
Called this company early Sunday morning when my basement started taking on water. Of all the so called 24 hour companies they were the only one that had a human answer the phone and actually returned my call to help early Sunday morning. We talked over issue and as long as the sump pump was working again we could fix the issue later. We let them go on to other emergency calls. 10 stars! S&K expertly fixed my complete main sewer line failure/collapse/obstruction - which had made my home unlivable. They responded immediately to stabilize my emergency, and then went to great lengths to fit me into their busy schedule to fix the issue - which required excavation of my concrete driveway.
