Had an issue with a tankless water heater I installed that was throwing an error code. Matt from S&K came over and figured out the issue with the exhaust vent. My tankless is working fantastic and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the professionals at S&K. I will certainly recommend you in the future. Excellent service and knowledge. I would give 10 stars if I could!!
Called about a toilet and they were able to come right away however the technician decided to go through the shower adjacent for an hour which is another $185 and then decided to pull off the toilet which I had called about originally. Also the brand new toilet now has marks all over it, there were screws left on the floor, and splatter all over the walls. And there were additional auger fees that were never discussed when I called.
2 thumbs down for the employee who was on call tonight. You drove down barker, following way to close to me and my children while we were doing 5 over the speed limit. At the round about you sped around us almost losing control of your vehicle looking like an absolute idiot! Merry Christmas crazy pants.
Needed a new water heater and S&K was able to send someone the next day. Roderick was extremely skilled and professional and made sure I understood how to operate the new heater and where to find information in the consumer guide. He was in and out in under three hours. Highly recommended!
Very disappointed with my experience with S&K Pump & Plumbing. We had an odor in the basement that we could not pinpoint when we ran our kitchen water on the main level. We were charged $200 to be told there “might” be a floor drain that had dried up and they recommended that we rip up all of our carpet to find it. We weren’t given any direction as to where the sewer lines ran and they didn’t even recommend mapping it out first.
