I received a statement from my insurance company that my son rendered a services from this company. He never use their services. This is a fraud. I reported this to my insurance company.
Medicare fraud, I reported to Medicare had four different companies bill my account for 4 covid testing that I never had done. It's starts with foreign telemarketing
Falsely charged me for Covid test. I’ve reported them to the government for insurance fraud. Should be shut down
Just received my 90 year old mother's Medicare statement indicating that they paid this company $96 for a covid-19 test on April 26,2023. My mother has lived with me for the past 5 years and we obtained the free COVID-19 tests through the government website and from our local pharmacy. We live in Charlotte, NC and we never requested nor received any COVID-19 tests from anyone other than the government or our local pharmacy. I will be calling Medicare tomorrow to report this fraud.
