Came out to give me a estimates for my garage roof and siding for my house. Haven't heard back from them. Called and was told their must have been a mistake somewhere in their system. Still haven't heard anything. Been Two Weeks. Sorry but I can't use a company that treats people this way. This is what my garage roof looks like now after having it done buy another local Business Company

I wanted to share a review about my experience with our estimator Eric that meet with me in regards to a needed roofing replacement. He was thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. He did a thorough inspection, presented options and was courteous, never pushy. I’m genuinely disappointed to be leaving this review because the crew who came out to do the work were incredibly kind and respectful. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not meet expectations, especially considering the cost. Since the job was completed, we’ve had multiple issues: end caps and siding have fallen off, and the portion of the roof that was rebuilt (a small triangular section where a second-story balcony was removed) is now leaking and has caused additional damage.
