Inquired about a 2013 Chevy Express 2500 and Karl assured me over the phone that the vehicle "has no rust, and is a clean car." I had a third party technician perform a pre-purchase inspection. The report sighted significant rust under the newer, green paint and in the undercarriage. Never trust what a seller is telling you. You may waste $300 on an inspection but it will save you many thousands down the road. Always conduct a thorough inspection.
