Stay away from SK Air. I paid approx. $350 to service my ducted AC unit and run diagnostics as the control panel wouldn't turn on. They asked for upfront payment to attend the call out! On arrival, the technician lifted the lid on the unit and took a photo of a lizard on the PCB- as far as I'm concerned this isn't running diagnostics- it's an observation. Jay and his apprentice Habib did a fantastic job replacing the sensor board & servicing my Samsung ducted system & rooftop outdoor unit. Jay was so helpful taking time to show me how to operate the timer on my aircon.

Absolutely disorganized and unprofessional. We had to use them for Samsung warranty. Firstly, they didn't even send out any technician to confirm the fault before ordering parts. Then when the guy was scheduled to come, it was cancelled last minute. Then on the day of the repair, we had to call and be told that it was actually for tomorrow. Frustrating is not sufficient to express how fed-up we are with their services. Back-and-forth with them has wasted 1 week in this hot/humid Brisbane weather.
