Marco, the technician that came was absolutely phenomenal. He was able to rectify the problem and explain to me in depth how the humidistat and thermostat works. He tested it a few times and he gave me some great suggestions to do before leaving for any length of time. I was very comfortable with his explanation and I could see that he knew what he was talking about and understood the mechanisms..
