Katie and Marco are both professional and get the job done. We had a Carrier AC unit installed in March of 2023 by another company… it stopped working this past Sunday night… the other company sent out two technicians on Monday and Tuesday and still didn’t get our unit back up and running… told us it could take a week for the part. Called SJS Mechanical an authorized Carrier dealer early Wednesday morning… unit was back up and running by 1:30pm today.
