Frustrating! The randomness of when it’s opened or closed is unprofessional and inconvenient.
Blood draws are not my thing. I had a lovely kind lady with a big "K" on her necklace (I forgot her name). Talk about making it seamless and painless! She was wonderful and also very kind. Thank you!
They set their hours of operation randomly, making it impossible to know if they're open without driving to the lab only to find a sign indicating they're temporarily closed. When you call the office, it just rings endlessly until it eventually disconnects, without any message informing you of their closure. This is quite inconvenient, especially when you have young children.
