They replaced gutters and found problems with the roof, which led to finding black mold in the attic from the terrible job the former (licensed) roofer did only 13 years ago. SJM did our new roof ASAP, fixing the mold issue and replacing a lot of damaged material. More problems were revealed with improper original flashing, requiring more time, messing with Shaun's schedule and our wallets, but he made sure everything was done thoroughly and correctly.
