I’m so glad finally I get my ESA after one of the Medical Consultants Tele-interview me and gave my mental health assessment. They were very professional and curtious about my mental health. They took the time to really listen about my mental health.
Cristina was amazing. The entire time she listen to me with a positive attitude and always wanting to learn about not only me but my pets as well. Truly an angel. I was so comfortable talking to her it felt as if we were known friends. Can't speak on the rest of of the team because I didn't speak with them but if this company has a couple Cristina's in their team they're setting themselves up for the best service.
