I have rented for 9 years and i have no complaints!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They take advantage of young people, military personnel, elderly people and those who don't speak English well. My partner(military) an myself (22 years old) had been on the hunt for a rental home for quite some time. We found what we thought was the perfect house for us. Patrick showed us the home. I met 3 property managers including Jason from SJC, before making a decision. He by far inspired the most confidence and trust which is why I chose SJC.
All the positive reviews I see are from owners who employ Jason Clifford to represent their homes for rent. I donât see many if any from their tenants and now I understand why. They are horrible! Iâve rented from this company for just over three years. Over the years Iâve found them to be unprofessional and they lack the customer service skills one might expect from a property management company. I have been a tenant of Sjc for more than three years now and unfortunately have nothing good to say. Their customer service and tenant concerns are horrible. They take their time in getting any kind of work order done even when itâs important I. They do absolutely nothing for the tenants That they rent too.
I have had a great experience, no issues. The responses to my questions are always quick. Extremely professional staff!
