You get what you pay for, unqualified hacks who do things improper and not by code. Owner slashes employees time sheets, pays lowered rate when traveling therefore bringing down the industry as a whole while putting profits up his nose. Unfortunately low bidder in NYS wins and contractors/engineers/architects/producers/owners all lose. The industry will be better as whole when theyre gone.
