I recommended this mechanic to many people, speaking of the team very highly and giving them business regularly but that is all coming to an end. Firstly Scott needs to be aware of everything his team are saying to his customers. There are inconsistencies between what the staff telling us (prices and processes) Secondly, we experienced blatant rip offs with extremely poor explanations. One for the ladies (But not solely) I was recommended SJB Mechanical to service my 09 hilux (Yes mine not his) they did a great job in a super timely manner and at a good price. They provide a list of things to note and keep on my radar, unlike some others who would have tried to book me in to fix everything on list when not necessary they walked me through explained issues.
