Very professional property management organization with high communication, particularly in regards to maintenance requests. Everything we ever needed done on the property was turned around in a very reasonable amount of time with lots of clear communication. I also appreciate the tenant portal and how easy it is to make updates and view documents as needed.

Prior to ******** beginning to manage ******* 12, I would of left a much different review. ******** made me feel seen, heard, and supported. Not only did she address everything that I have been sharing for months in days after taking over, she went above and beyond to accommodate me. Thank you for your support ********, you are so appreciated.
***************************** is very good at communicating and has been nothing but help since taking up my property location. Definitely takes the stress off of my issues when in need of assistance or i have questions about my rent, payments. Hands on has no problem being personally connected in my experience and it is much appreciated.

Charged $1,200 after departing. Over $1,000 of that, they claimed, was from painting the unit and wall damage. The place had not been fully painted before we moved in, so I questioned this charge. Jenny Rosen said they "charged us less than what it actually cost to paint, since they did not believe it was fair that we would have to pay that much". We have been renting through SJA property for a year now and I am very impressed at how quick they are at responding to issues that I come across. A few months back my water heater was down on a Sunday morning. I went online and requested maintenance through their portal.
