Charged $1,200 after departing. Over $1,000 of that, they claimed, was from painting the unit and wall damage. The place had not been fully painted before we moved in, so I questioned this charge. Jenny Rosen said they "charged us less than what it actually cost to paint, since they did not believe it was fair that we would have to pay that much".
