From the professionalism at the front desk to thru the pre test process, it was a stress-free, efficient experience. Dr Kuan was wonderful...informative, thorough and personable. I stopped by the center as a possible walk-in appointment. The Customer Service Rep, Jackie, was helpful and inviting, and able to accommodate me within an hour! The Technician, Destiny, who saw me before the Doctor's visit, was thorough at introducing herself, explaining each procedure she was processing and Dr. Kuan has (for me) turned what I normally consider the worst part of the visit, as far as care and professional education, into a truly memorable and happy patient experience.
