SJ Tire Company deserves all 5 stars from me. Starting off with scheduling, Sunil was polite and understanding how meticulous I am when having someone work on my cars. On the installation day, I received a text letting me know 45 minutes in advance before Carlos arrived within the promised windows. Carlos is a true professional and full of courtesy. Have had wonderful experiences with SJ for multiple occasions this year and highly recommend!
Twice now they've missed their window, only to call 2-4 hours after the window asking if they can still show up. Meanwhile, in that time span I've called and texted the business multiple times with absolutely zero response. It does not take much to call someone and let them know that you're running late. Communication is crucial.
Where to even start? Not only did they come out a day earlier than scheduled when my schedule opened up, the professionalism and care Carlos put into mounting the tires on my custom forged wheels just isn’t common anymore. I don’t know how I didn’t know this service existed (have been going to the same tire shop forever) but so glad I found SJ! You guys are a cut above!
