Bought $10K worth of welding equipment and we were given the display models on Friday. After getting home and putting everything together we realized that there are parts missing. So, I have to be out of state Monday morning that I have to either cancel or retrieve these parts over the weekend from SJ Smith. We are missing: Complete cutting torch for plasma cutter. Ground cable for welder. Electrode holder and lead for welder Also, your "emergency line" is inoperable.
Very friendly and helpful for my son. They really work with and for you. This made us happy and so relaxed with less stress. I highly recommend this team!
I have never ordered anything from this company or knew about them until I had an incident with one of their employees while driving. Almost caused a wreck today between not just me but 4 other vehicles as well. Really need to check his license.
