Whitney was great at first. Then a bait and switch happened with lots of staff turnover and loss of a paralegal. She started out communicative and answering emails within a few days, then taking over 7-10 days to reply to emails if they were replied to at all. Last minute surprise billing that wouldn’t come on a regular basis. Just seems life everything got really chaotic in that office and the office staff is not helpful.
Kelly and her paralegal Holly handled my home title issue quickly, professionally, and with great communication. Highly recommend!
