Rather bare for vehicle service waiting. Staff was pleasant.

Horrible dealer, dirty and unpleasant to deal with. Won’t return calls and don’t have any mechanics working in the shop. 1-2 technicians that are not helpful whatsoever. They can’t work on anything that’s a dually either. Cannot do a bed delete reprogram. Very rude. If it’s your only option I still wouldn’t pick them.

These guys saved our vacation. I got a bad fill of Def at a truck stop, and my truck was screaming about going into limp mode because of it. I swung into mt shasta on a Friday afternoon (we where headed to oregon, and they where the closest dealer in range). I had low expecations of getting anything resolved on a Friday afternoon with an unscheduled repair appointment, but the service department got my def tank drained/refilled, codes cleared and my family back on the road in less then 2 hours.
