I cannot recommend S&J Carpet Care enough! From the moment I called, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, responsive, and they scheduled me immediately. They arrived right on time, explained the entire cleaning process, and got to work. Our carpets look and feel like new again ! The pricing was extremely fair and I will be calling next year to schedule again. Thank you both very much ! This is definitely the way a business should be ran! I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kathy and Erik. After many, many years of using the same carpet cleaning company, the owner ended up retiring. I was very nervous to find a new family-owned company that would do amazing work as the previous company had done. After searching online I found S&J. Kathy was great to talk to on the phone and went through all of the details with me. I also found out that her and her husband are very good friends with the previous cleaning company that I used. Family owned business and it shows… •Showed up on time •Great customer service •Pricing was excellent •Great attention to detail •Carpets looks better now…than when brand new (literally). My carpets are so clean you can eat off them! I will not use another carpet cleaning company and will recommend them to family and friends.
