Not recommended. Bad company with entry-level Cal Poly PEs and overpaid PMs who don't do anything. Company only bids public works to the VA, Ports, LACCD and the Costa Mesa office has no tools, trucks, manpower or equipment. Competitors are better run

In my opinion, SJA is essentially a small company with minimal office structure; they also struggle with quality recruitment in the LA/LB market (this is based on seeing multiple recurring ads on employment sites as well as fresh grads being on-boarded in PE/marketing roles).
