Went for our 31st Anniversary. Service, food, staff all great. I had steak & unlimited shrimp, just kept coming. Refills everything, no complaints. Always a good experience.
Took over 30 minutes to get our meals even though others sat down after us and got food before us. My friend wanted a to go box for the rest of his food because when he gets upset it ruins his appetite. The waitress finally brought a box. A 2x2 size box. He asked for a bigger box and eventually had to hunt one done himself. Not happy. It was his birthday dinner. The only upside was the manager decided to give us a certificate for our next meal. Fine but this meal was ruined. Thanks Sizzler!!
Bad experience, had to wait 30 minutes to get my meal and it was pretty empty. My friend took me here for my Birthday dinner, never again. Couldn't even enjoy my meal I was upset and my meal was cold. . Never again. So much for a Happy Birthday.
