"Ray" was one of the rudest sales associates i have ever come across. When he was requested to source a Certificate of Conformity after questioning the current certificate. He wanted to just change the date and send it over. Very unhappy with the service provided. Improve your customer service.

Update; I received a call back from another rep "Gino" which was much better. Being that "At" was so rude and nonchalant he mistyped our shipping number even after he repeated it back to me. Worst customer service ever! The guy AT was very rude and nonchalant, no enthusiasm at all. After getting credit card information, he asked if there was anything else. I stated not at all and he just hung up the phone.
