Excellent people to work with. Our AC kicked the bucket, they came out quickly, had it replaced in a few hours. Had the best pricing out of all of our quotes! Hopefully it doesn’t happen again, but if it does we know who to call !
I discoverd Sizemore via word of mouth. I was looking for a HVAC company that was more interested in identifying my issue vs selling me uneeded services and parts. Sizemore staff was responsive, thorough, honest and performed quality work. Had I not reached out to them, I was on a path of spending twice as much without identifying the core issue. Mr. Sizemore arrived at the appointed time, went right to work and fixed our problem. Mr. Sizemore is very personable, efficient and reasonably priced. He would be my first call if we ever have heating or air conditioning problems in the future.
I had an issue with my pilot light for my gas fireplace. I called several fireplace stores for service/repair and the earliest I could get service was in mid December. I called Todd to see if there was any thing they could do, even though it's not in their wheel house. His staff responded immediately and were here the next day. They found the problem and fixed it after getting the replacement part that was needed. I can't say enough positive things about Todd and his team. They are great!
I feel like a valued customer. Lathan is an asset to Sizemore. He was running a little behind but texted to let me know. He told me what work he did and what will be needed in 6 months. It’s so nice to have someone I trust to do what is needed and not be a salesman like some other companies. It’s a pleasure doing business with Sizemore HVAC. Glad I found them.
