I've been seeing a therapist from Siyan for 2 1/2 years. I was very satisfied until recently. My insurance changed and I was no longer able to see the same therapist. The clinic called and informed me of the changed and directed me to another therapist. Here is the issue. You don't just change therapist like this. Years of rapport is not replaced like this.
