Had a room that wasn't ready apt 413 at the end of stairwell . 1) someone at some point tried to break in front entrance door2) front foyer light fixture didn't work which we found out later no one cared enough to add bulbs lol. This is what i paid for lol. Francisco the maintenance guy at the time said the PM staff were supposed to have checked these things lol. And bath sink had a clogged aerator. Is just a dump, and the attitude from some of the bar/service people. Is the American way these days, overpriced things, with horrible service.
Beautiful place, everything else was terrible though.
Food was good very well seasoned! The service was also good. We enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed the food and drinks.
