Avoid this waste of time if you can find better: I have gone several times for a cleaning. Always, little minimal superficial cleaning has been done, and I know how a good cleaning is. Instead, half of the time has been spent listening to their sales pitch about additional cleaning procedures not covered by insurance and not needed. It is a shame my insurance only makes this office available nearby for me, and still I have to do the expensive copays for such a minimal job. Dr Sophia Ling is the best. Pain free. I've been afraid of dentist's for years and she has a magical gentle touch despite my fears of getting my skull drilled and poked with needles. Extremely recommended above any other

Went to this office beg of January Feb came back for appt waited 45 minutes and walked away. Specifically told the office I have another doctors appt nearby. March came back for deep cleaning and filling. Asked to sit on a chair after 20 mins asked to transfer to another chair no work has been done. Asked where Dentist is and she replied in the bathroom. After 45 mins I asked again someone replied Dr parking a car. Why do that if they knew there is a patient waiting. Usually Dentist takes patient on time. Walked away and swe... read more
