New to this dental practice after having had my baby and LOVE the service (the dentist and hygienist were very thorough and explained to me what they were doing and why, kept checking on me during the procedure to make sure I was alright). Esperanza is super smooth in her operating - by far the best hygienist I've ever had!

The dentist that I used to see was far away from my home, so since I found a dentist where I live, I was glad and went to get service today. However, I dentist that I encountered had zero patient care, no explanation for the procedure, rough handling when doing the procedure, and rushing to finish. When I asked about the procedure, she scowled at me. I was there for filling today, but I did not know what service I received today due to lack of explanation and patience. Rather go back to my dentist though it is far.
