Went to this office beg of January Feb came back for appt waited 45 minutes and walked away. Specifically told the office I have another doctors appt nearby. March came back for deep cleaning and filling. Asked to sit on a chair after 20 mins asked to transfer to another chair no work has been done. Asked where Dentist is and she replied in the bathroom. Hi , To whom is interested in finding a great superb Dentist in woodside,NY there is a fantastic one I did attend and was like heaven. The staff, the manager and on top of that is a very fine professional Dr that helped with my case and was so pleasant. That is Dr ANNETT KOWALCRYK. I hope I pronounced her name correctly. You have any work to do , I do recommend to you sixtieth family Dental in woodside. Very clean very professional and above all the Dr is a shining star. Thank you to the staff and to Dr ANNETT.
Dr. Kowalczyk was awesome, skilled and competent. And the staff are accommodating and friendly. I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The clinic was clean, organized, and on time, which I really appreciated. I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care.
Avoid this practice entirely. From the moment I walked in, something felt off. The office is decorated like someone’s personal apartment rather than a professional medical space, which immediately lowered my confidence. While the front desk staff were friendly, the dentist completely ruined the experience. She showed zero interest in actually listening to my concerns about my child.
