Great team, solid beer / cocktail list and food. Had a great dinner and enjoyed coming back for a drink before last call. Grab the buffalo chicken spring rolls, they were awesome!
Walking by the sixth gear recently one night , my boyfriend and I noticed a flyer for FREE comedy night. We love comedy so decided to book a table and grab dinner while there. The old saying”you get what you pay for”-doesn’t apply to the comedians on stage that night!!! They were fantastic!!! Great atmosphere 90 hip hop brunch!
This restaurant/bar is wonderful. It's owned by a father and daughter duo, who are always friendly and extremely accommodating. I tend to have some friends that can be difficult to deal with, but the owners always make sure that we are enjoying our experience and time there. The staff and other patrons always seem to be friendly and laughing and having a good time as well. It's a great alternative to the other Southie spots. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!
The food and drinks were good but the service was slow. Our server didn’t write our orders down and she would forget what we ordered and kept coming back to ask what we ordered. Also my husband and I ordered two salads and it took over a hour to receive. It was not 12 minutes, we understand there was a comedy that we enjoyed. We ordered our food at 7:30 and it arrived at 8:34.
