James from maintenance is top tier with professionalism and courtesy. Had an electrical power problem and got it fixed within minutes. Pleasure to talk to and work with. Update: James is still killing it. You can tell he genuinely cares and does whatever he can to fix the problems you have. Big part of why we enjoy our time here!

James is the best maintenance professional. He does it all. We are at the cafe under the apartments and he makes sure we are always running smoothly. Makes sure everything is clean and stocked up for bathrooms. The days James isn't here we can really feel his absence. Not all super heroes wear capes!!
