I stayed at this motel last weekend. it was horrible. the floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in ages, the bed covers were dirty, there was no outlet in the bathroom to plug in a hairdryer or anything else and the only mirror was the mirror above the bathroom sink. When you check in the sign says NO REFUNDS, that should have been a clue because after you see the room you want your money back. No-frills accommodation in an excellent location. – In Short Though the motel itself is fairly unremarkable, it is in an excellent location: The southern edge of downtown is quiet and convenient. Many of the guests here are visiting Portland State University (across the street) or the nearby Oregon Health Sciences University Hospital. The 29 units offers just the basics: cable and a private bath. The building is on a busy street, but traffic usually dies down at night.
