Unbelievably BAD!!! I won't go back again. Our bathroom had something broken, and which caused that my family couldn't wash their hair and I had wet hair nearly all night!! And they didn't solve the problem until tomorrow morning even if we had told them this problem in person many times. Worse, the supervisor was very unfriendly in order to shrike her responsibility obviously. And they didn't say "SORRY" to us not to mention a compensation. In addition, water was pretty cold. This hotel is old & even smells bad. Has NO luxury anything. (toiletries are in a wall dispenser! lol ! Its very dated and worn out . It is in good downtown location though. And not to expensive, under 200.
Decent place. No complimentary breakfast, but that stuff is usually crappy anyway. Eco-friendly and the bartender was friendly & helpful.
