Our family absolutely loves living here! The property is so well kept & the amenities are fantastic. Our home is spacious to the point when people walk in they cannot believe it is apartment living. Denise is always so nice and attentive to her tenants - a true professional. The maintenance staff is awesome and are very quick to take care of any and all work orders. Very happy to have just signed our renewal. Would recommend Sixteen50 to anyone who is looking for quiet city living in a beautiful gated community.
We moved our son into a townhouse here. The staff are so friendly, helpful and kind. We couldn't ask for a more secure, neighbor friendly, quiet and beautiful townhouse with attached garage for our son. We have recommended this community to others. Thank you for being there for our family.
One of the standout aspects of Sixteen50 has been the staff—especially Denise. She’s been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind every time I’ve had a question or needed assistance. Whether it's handling maintenance requests or helping with lease details, Denise goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and taken care of.
I recently had the pleasure of working as a contractor for Sixteen 50 Apartments and must say it was a great experience from start to end. The staff was amazing, especially the Property Manager, Denise. The apartments themselves are modern and they have great facilities including an amazing clubhouse. I would highly recommend staying there. They will soon have a HEB less than a mile away, which will make it even better to stay there.
