Terrible Company to Lease from, go ANYWHERE else. They just wait for you to be one second late on rent and charge $250 late fee! They do not fix anything. Just want your money.
Our family absolutely loves living here! The property is so well kept & the amenities are fantastic. Our home is spacious to the point when people walk in they cannot believe it is apartment living. Denise is always so nice and attentive to her tenants - a true professional. The maintenance staff is awesome and are very quick to take care of any and all work orders. Very happy to have just signed our renewal. Would recommend Sixteen50 to anyone who is looking for quiet city living in a beautiful gated community.
