I am so thankful for all the staff at Sixteen 50 they are Amazing, they streamlined the whole process and made it an excellent experience we will never forget, Rick and Denise are Awesome and I will Always be grateful for everything they have done for us,, Thank you Sixteen 50!!!
Lovely spacious apartments. High ceilings, AC, attractive finishes. Denise Evans, manager, knows how to get things done. Always available, easy to work with. My one complaint is the recent decision to repaint the complex from a comfortable, classic warm beige and off-white to a colder, sterile gray and sharp white. Well, you can’t have everything.
Absolutely love it here !!! Very prompt on maintenance orders . Tanya and Denise are phenomenal . Amenities are amazing . Have lived here a year and going on my second one !
Just moved in. My husband and have been out looking at apartments for the last few weeks. Tonya helped us find just what we were looking for. Rent and fees were the lowest out of everything we saw. Garage and washer/dryer also included in the price. Highly recommend!
