Great food and service
Taking the name on the side of the building out of the equation this is probably one of the best roof top bars in Chicago. Note that this place is called both Sixteen and Terrace 16. They are the same place. I will be putting this review in both places. I ended up going to a few different places just to give some background of my comparisons: Cindy's, Rooftop at the Nobu, Rooftop at the Wit, LH Rooftop, and Signature Lounge at the 96th.
