Great Experience with SIXT On May 29, 2026, I picked up my rental from SIXT at Washington, DC Union Station. I had reserved a Toyota RAV4, but Marque let me know they didn’t have one available and immediately offered me a BMW X2 instead. I was a little bummed at first because I knew my budget was going to increase, but I needed to get to Virginia for my niece’s wedding, so I decided to go with it. The Sixt location at Union Station in DC has the best Staff, from the pickup with Marque to the drop everything is quick and easy. Sidenote make sure you have all the needed documents in order.
Mr. Thompson was great to work with and has the utmost integrity. I rented a car and noticed a scratch on the vehicle that I didn’t notice when I picked the car up. When I returned the car I thought I’d be on the hook for it but he was able to look up the condition of the car when I picked it up and told me the scratch was actually there from before. A big relief off of my shoulders. Thank you again Mr. Thompson for being a standup gentleman.
