Good service
Just went to swap out my car for sixt+ at the time they had me choose (very inconvenient for me to drive an hour into the city). Parked in the garage, walked to the office. No one there, no call, no update. A complete waste of my time
I had a great experience renting a vehicle from the SIXT location in downtown Philadelphia. It was a bit confusing finding the store front (actually facing 16th street). However, I was greeted and helped by Chris Oliver who typically works as branch manager at the PHL location but was filling in at the downtown location due to staff shortage. Chris was extremely helpful and informed me that the vehicle type I originally reserved was not available, so upgraded me to a luxury vehicle that was of the same type at no extra cost!... read more
Always the best so far. Fast check in, so many option for luxury car , most of the time brand new car low Mileage, looking and perform so great.
