Great experience with SIXT! The rental process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The car was excellent, and the price was great as well. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely rent from SIXT again!
Our experience has been awful. We are subscribers with automatic debit for the payment. Have requested to change the car and booked to come to the store to do it. The agent at the store (Dadeland) couldn’t give us the new car because he can’t see the payment in the system, despite of the invoice with the debit being sent to my email and with zero outstanding balance.
