Had to use Sixt’s roadside assistance and had a terrible experience Calls are routed to overseas reps who repeatedly ask the same verification questions over and over again due to @ cocktail lounge “ loud conversations going on in background of roadside assistant representative. I placed a roadside assistance call @ 3:05 pm on Sunday 3/30/25 , rep said she would return my call if we got disconnected , but never did although she claims she did.
