Unfortunately, after previously being satisfied with Sixt, I must now warn you against this rental company. They charge a supposedly refundable $200 deposit. Forget about it; you won't get it back. We've been waiting for it for over 10 days. Now they've stopped responding to our emails. They also charged us an additional $68 for a supposedly empty tank. Six't was involved in a class action lawsuit for wrongfully charging clients for repair costs. They invoiced me for a scratch that I did not create. Additionally, they charged me a fueling fee despite returing the car full. Document everything, they will try to scam you wherever possible.
Unfortunately, I made a mistake in the date when booking, I wrote an email asking for a change, and was immediately charged a $200 fee, even though the price for a new rental was $60. I understand that I would have to pay something extra, but not this. When I send answer, no one communicated with me anymore. The worst car rental company I have ever experienced. And I have used many in several countries. Be careful everyone and go elsewhere, to a serious car rental company.
