When I picked up the car in Pittsburgh on 3rd of July 2025 they didn’t have a BMW X3 as I requested for my 90 yr old dad’s disability equipment. The very kind and helpful pickup agent offered to get one from an offsite lot. When it arrived it was obviously in poor condition with many scratches all over, scuffs on all four wheels, smelled like cigarette smoke, etc.,but I accepted it anyway since they worked hard to get it for me.
