Rental was excellent, great check in and out experiences. Car was like driving on a cloud with great gas mileage! 10/10 would recommend!
I’ve rented about three times from the Pittsburgh location and didn’t realize until recently that I was being up-charged after the fact. The first time last May, I’d booked through an agency and the person at the desk said she didn’t have the mid-sized I’d ordered, but I could do an upgrade for $30. Yesterday I discovered that I’d been charged over $60. Then last month I arrived for my rental a day late because of canceled flights so my 2 day rental was going to be a one day. Tries to charge you for pre-existing damage. Luckily I took pictures beforehand so I should avoid paying extra, but they are still wasting a bunch of my time to fight it. Gave them a try because the sticker rate was cheaper than National, but should have known to stick with a company that doesn't try to nickel and dime you over everything.
I was contacted regarding 2 separate damages to the car that did not occur during my possession of the car. One low or flat tire that was not an issue while I drove the car. Their photo showing the flat tire was taken after the car was moved from where I dropped the car off. Perhaps someone drove over a nail in the parking garage, I'm not sure. Seemingly, they have accepted my dispute of the tire. However, there was a scratch or mark on the front AND rear bumpers that was not from me. I'm also disputing this charge. I never ... read more
