STAY FAR AWAY!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE my husband and I rented a car that had a leaking tire from the day we got it. We noticed the next day because we had to fill it with air. Mind you - it was below freezing when we were there which makes it normal to lose a little air. However the following day we had to fill it again so we called sixt to tell them the issue. They told us we could either wait 48 hours for a new car (which would’ve ruined our travel plans) or to bring it to a mechanic and fix it ourselves and they would pay us... read more
If you need a rental and you’re in the Pittsburgh airport go visit Maria !! Was fantastic and so helpful in crisis. Also don’t use Expedia because they will tell you have a rental reservation but it’s a lie because that’s what happened to us . But Maria came to the rescue and I can’t thank her enough !!
I picked up my car at the Pittsburgh airport from Archie, and I just had the best experience! He was so fun and lively! It might seem silly to appreciate for such a short and more “transactional” interaction, but it just makes you feel human to have such an authentic conversation even short a short bit of time.
