I had a very bad and frustrating experience with the rental agent Amber. She was very passive aggressive and I felt like she profiled me. The wait time to pick up my rental which I reserved took over 20 minutes and the car that I reserved was not available. When I left I overheard her telling her coworker “girl did you see how she looked” and laughed. I left feeling humiliated. I would not recommend this location. Go to LAX or the Beverly Hills branch.
