The gentleman working here was great. Finding the location on where to return the vehicle was the worst. No signage. Called Sixt and customer service just kept reading the reprinted directions. Wasted 45 minutes of my time because you can't call the location directly.

I made a booking similar day for a low end sedan. When i got there they say the car is not available and wanted me to pay for a higher model. Worse policy ever. We went to enteprise instead.

Had a great expeirience once again at the Coral Gables location. Yussier is great ,I even got an upgrade . Car was great service is excellent.
