Worst car rental experience I've ever had. I never received a return confirmation, and only 8 hours after returning the car, I received an email telling me to return it again. The staff admitted there was a license plate mix-up, but nobody fixed the problem. I picked up the car in Miami, and when I returned it at Fort Lauderdale Airport on July 25 around 11:00 a.m., I specifically asked the agent to correct the license plate error.
