If you don’t accept chime credit cards why would you all take the money off to begin with. No where does it say you all don’t accept chime cards. Now I have to wait until 3-7 business to get back $518 dollars. I can’t go and rent from somewhere else because again you all took the money to begin with.
After renting 3 months after they charged me 450 dollars stating that it's for tolls I drove from Indiana to Florida for 9 days I would never rent here again
They bait and switch on the cars. They told me I would be getting a grand Wagoneer instead I get a Chevy traverse a Chevy traverse is like $40,000 less than a grand Wagoneer you gave me half the quality of a vehicle and call it the same.
