My first experience was great! The place was very nice and clean. There was no wait at the counter, the check in associate was quick and efficient, thorough and i was in and out within about 5 minutes. Definitely recommend!
The service is okay, but there is literally no way to contact anyone at the branch if you have a question, want to extend your rental, or left a personal item in the vehicle. What kind of company has ZERO ways to contact them except to just show up at the branch?? Will not use Sixt (this location or otherwise) ever again.
Booking # 9722859569 --- Incompetence at its finest. I get an email 20 hours before my scheduled pickup informing me my rental has been changed. The change was switching vehicles- a Chrysler Pacifica was being swapped out for a GMC Acadia. A huge difference. Apparently there is some type of safety recall on the airbag that they learned about last week but just now decided to notify their upcoming renters (their words not mine).
