Everyone had a beautiful and positive attitude when walked and helpful and explained everything clearly.
Pretty disappointing. I made a reservation and everything, drove all the way there, just to be told they wouldn’t rent to me because I have an out-of-state license. They said it’s because they’re an independent franchise. If that’s their policy, it should’ve been made clear when I made the reservation instead of wasting my time.
They took an online reservation only to refuse a rental when I showed up due to being an out of state driver. It would have been helpful to be informed of this at the time of booking.
