Because his shift was ending, he chose to shut down the chat, leaving my problem completely ignored. This experience has been incredibly disrespectful, and I feel totally stranded. Tried to charge me a late fee when my flight was delayed and instead of helping me the manger was busy using her employee discount to rent a friend or family member a g wagon instead of fixing the problem
I originally booked a different car, but they gave me a few other options instead, and it actually worked out perfectly for the type of trip I was taking. Since I was driving through uphill roads, the car they provided ended up being a better fit. This was my first time renting a car, and the entire process including the return was smooth and easy. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be booking with them again!
